Mr. Christopher Dugan, CEO & Co-Founder
Mr. Christopher Dugan, III is the co-founder and CEO of US China Ivy League and is one of the world's leading independent educational consultants. He is an expert admissions advisor for Chinese students to attend University in the United States. In addition, he has also been a University Professor at various prestigious Universities throughout the US for more than 20 years. Mr. Dugan has also hand-picked US native English Speaking Teachers and Professors to teach at Prestigious Universities and International Schools throughout China.
As a global admissions expert focused on US Universities for Chinese students, Mr. Dugan and his team help Chinese students gain admissions to top private schools. These universities are either Ivy League and/or highly selective colleges. Mr. Dugan also specializes in helping students get into their top college choice, even after they have been waitlisted, deferred or rejected.
Mr. Dugan received a B.S. in Business and minored in Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point which is one of the America’s five military academies. He earned an MBA from Pepperdine University as well as a Certificate in College Counseling from Harvard for College Admissions.
Mr. Dugan travels extensively throughout China to speak with parents, students and admission professionals regarding the continuously changing national trends in the United States for College and University admissions. In the United States, Mr. Dugan meets with university admissions staff, senior-level college administrators, deans and directors of various departments to discuss educational policy in their schools as well as discuss any admission changes and updates the University has made.
Mr. Dugan also conducts college admissions workshops and seminars throughout both the West Coast and East Coast of the US. Mr. Dugan was a former admissions interviewer for many universities and colleges over the years including the one’s he has taught at. He has also had the honor of selecting top US students to attend the US Federal Military Academies. Dedicating his time in having worked with US Senators and Congressman by being a lead interviewer for students to receive a Nomination to a Federal Military Academy.
Mr. Dugan also assists past college clients with graduate school admissions as well is a career adviser to several alumni school’s committees and alumni associations. Mr. Dugan has also assisted Chinese students who wanted to attend private high school in the US prior to enrolling in one of our prestigious universities. He works closely with Chinese families engaged in the challenging, anxiety-ridden and stressful private school and college admissions process.

Ms. Amy Xu, Professor
Chief Academic Officer
Professor Xu is a University Professor who has taught University Mathematics at various prestigious Universities here in United States for more than ten years.
In addition, Professor Xu has been tutoring University Mathematics on a one-to-one basis for more than fifteen years. Professor Xu is our Chief Academic Officer. She is fluent in English and has lived in the US for more than 20 years. She leads our Math Tutoring and Math Classes as part of our SAT Preparation Program. She also has designed and developed a PERFECT SCORE Curriculum for her students to follow to earn a perfect score in the Math portion of the SAT.
Professor Xu currently teaches Math as a Professor in the California State University System in addition to leading our Math Department at US China SAT Prep. Professor Xu has many years of first-hand experience in teaching and tutoring University level math to students from China. Professor Xu understands that, for most of Chinese students, learning in US is not an easy task. She knows that Chinese students carry the burden of their first language being Mandarin rather than English. Regardless, of the Chinese students TOFEL or SAT scores they received before, she can improve the Math portion for her students to being accepted to the University of their choice here in the US.
Professor Xu holds a Bachelors in Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Mathematics from the State University of California, Long Beach.
Dean Lam
Admissions Director and Admissions Vice President
Dean manages the everyday running of the company offices at US China Ivy League. Dean is a master planner and delegates the flow of Chinese student clients we have in our system. Dean has held Admissions Director and Admissions Vice President positions for various Ivy League Schools in the United States. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University and a Master’s in public administration from NYU.
Lisa Chen
Director of Admissions Consulting
Lisa is our Director of Admissions Consulting here at US China Ivy League. Ms. Chen has directed Admissions Recruitment at USC and at Pepperdine University. Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from UC Irvine and a Master’s of Arts from UC Irvine.
Janet Liu
Assistant Director of Admissions Consulting
Ms. Liu is our Assistant Director of Admissions Consulting here at US China Ivy League. She works with our Chinese Student parents. She is very detailed oriented and had a very successful career at placing top students in the UC school system in Southern California working for various Universities in their admissions departments. Ms. Liu holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from Harvard.
Walter Chu
IT & Technical Support
Walter is our resident “tech guy”. He comes from a little different background having a background in computer science. He utilizes his tech savviness to have us with the best tech in the classrooms during our Summer Camps & Summer Tours. Walter has a Bachelors of Computer Science from NYU.
Alex Wang Admissions Recruiter
Alex is the newest member of our Admissions Consulting Team. Alex has been an admissions recruiter for Dartmouth University. Alex is very knowledgeable about recruiting students for Ivy League schools having graduated from Yale University. Alex earned his Bachelors of Arts from Yale University.
Nancy Yan
Camps / Tours Administrator
Ms. Yan oversees our Summer Camps & Summer Tours in addition to her Admissions Consulting duties. Ms. Yan ensures that all of our Chinese Student Families enjoy the experience at various cities we have our events throughout the Summer here in the US. Ms. Yan has a Bachelors of Arts from UCLA.
